More info is needed please

The site has a landlords supply in an IP enclosure. This will be used to supply a mix of 1m columns, 4m columns and led up lights all fed via 10mm 3 core SWA. The lighting designer has also suggested that the supply's for the led up lights will be run into adjacent buildings where the ELV transformer will be mounted and then run out to the fittings. This doesn't sit well with me as the tents will have no way to isolate the point. Also the 1m columns have no room for 1 10mm cable let alone 2. Any advice would be a great help.

If the 1mtr post lights have no provision for glanding the SWA and a fuse cutout/isolator then I would install a root box near the base of each post might not appeal to the client though.
You can get ones made by a firm called NAL that have a mounted IP rated enclosure with gland plate and double pole isolator and fuse unit.
