Dear friends,

I want to use the solar cell element in SIMULINK but there is a problem. I cannot put my temperature coeeficient for voltage which affects the series resistance in solar cell.
In the link below, the parameters of the solar cell which have been used in SIMULINK element are available.

My question is that :

How the two exponent coefficients for series and shunt resistance (TRS1 and TRP1) can be calculated or measured. I don't know how to get these data from my solar cell.

Is there any relation between temperature coefficient voltage and temperature exponent for series resistance?

Could any body help me with this issue?

Kind regards,
Hamed
