Changing from the 12V MR16 lamps you have shown in the picture (which will have transformers) to 230V LED GU10 lamps is more difficult.
The transformers for each light would need to be removed and the MR16 lamp holders changed for GU10 lampholders. This is not overly straightforward and will take some time.

I've a feeling that there may be central transformer with feeds to each lamp holder MR16. Came across this recently and the builder or electrician had hidden it behind the plasterboard ceiling and run all the feeds through conduit and flexi drops - neat system but 12v urrgh and no access for changes! Doh!
