hi guys...
Ive been fitting one of those cheap and cheerful cctv kits for father in law. 8 bullet cameras with the simple 12V supply and BNC plugs.
The cameras have a short pigtail with the plugs on.... so what's the best way to weatherproof the connection?
Its a tight squeeze in a 4x4 wiska box.
there's also an extension onto one of the cables. power is ok, as its male/female... but the BNC needed a coupling... which makes the connection a little longer. Wiska boxes start getting too big, bulky and conspicuous.
If all else fails.... ive got self-amalgamating tape
