I'd definitely suspect overcharging. See what voltage is across the battery terminals at idle and then with the engine at a few thousand revs.

Anyone here have any experience in tracking down & repairing electrical issues in a 5th generation Dodge Grand Caravan HVAC System for loss of power to Blower Motor?

I do know that the Fan is fully functional, & I have changed the Power Supply Module with a known functional one, the actuators & doors all work properly, so it is not one of those issues. I get absolutely no power down to the fan at any speed settings at all & the rear unit works fine.

I have started looking into tracing the individual wires in the circuit, but I guess wiring diagrams have changed a bit over the years & I am stumped at trying to follow the published Dodge diagrams since I cannot seem to find a KEY for them that explains the symbols used in them.
