Can someone clear up a question for me & tell me to what level I am qualified? ie Electrician/Technician etc? I have the following....

2360 Parts 1 & 2 (2005)
C&G Level 3 award in Electrical Installation work "C". (2008)
2391 Inspection & Testing (2008)
2382 18th Edition

The 2360 & Installation work "C" courses were completed in the military and are actually designated 2369, but I have a letter from C&G stating they have the same equivalence as the 2360.

Since leaving the military I've worked as a maintenance electrician for an FM company.

In 2015 I completed the Compex course (01-04).

However I've just changed jobs and my employer is putting me through the Compex again but Compex now say I don't have qualifications that meet their entry criteria!? My employer had to send a supporting letter to allow me to get on the Compex course.

I don't have a JIB or ECS card as I've been working in maintenance and never really had a need for it, but I see that a Gold card would automatically qualify for entry to the Compex course.

So.... What do my quals actually mean these days? And if I applied for an ECS card what colour card could I expect??

It is a complex situation - contact Napit/Niceic/Stroma etc and ask what they need for you to join and they will be keen to have an advisor translate these for you - you dont have to join just a good way to put your quals into the arena and see whats what.
