YEDL Service head

Hi Guys & Gals,

Does any one know how long it takes the DNO, in my case YEDL, to come out and fit a new service head?

I am supposed to be fitting a new cu for a customer and I needed to get an isolation switch put in. I called the DNO and they put me through to the apropriate company. They charged the customer £120. When the engineer came out, he took one look and said "I cant touch that, its to old, it needs replacing". So he has resitered it with YEDL. The customer is getting a refund but I want to know how long it roughly takes for DNO to come out and change the head.

I found out yesterday. Was gonna use this cu change for my elesca assessment aswell which is on the 23rd Nov. Gonna have to rearange it now. Luckily its more than 21 days till the assessment so they shouldnt charge me, just a pain in the bum.
