Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of the B TEC Level 3 Advanced Cerrtificate in Electrical Installation and Dsign?

I would be grateful if anyone has any thoughts or experience to offer on the BTEC certificate or suggestions about better options before I commit my own money to it.

Haven't read up on any of this bud but if there is a C&G equivalent then that would be the one to do.
There are a lot of lads on here spending good money on courses that do not have national recognition but put C&G in front of something and it receives immediate cred.

Thanks re C & Gs . I will look for any that I can fit around work. The BTEC might do me for a start just for an insight into projects and problems but I might want to become competent to do some tests/work as well in time. I might at least get a PAT testing C & G.

Do you know if you can do C & G certificates without being in a Construction Industry Training Board workplace or having a job with an assessor?
