15 years is still a complete joke...the other 2 mongs only got 8 and a half years behind bars.
No justice in this country. I don't really praise the yanks much but if we had a justice system like in some of the states over there, then we would have a much better / prouder country.

At first I'm at mind to agree with you but to know he will spend at least the next 5340 days in a cell reminded he is responsible for killing he's own kids brings me some sort of satisfaction, I know I'd rather be dead.......

still cant believe he sat in back of police van talking to misses about how to get out of it, If I killed my kids speeding in the car I would not be trying to save my own --- when asked by police would no longer care

the problem is alot of prisoners enjoy a better standard of living inside than out.
sky tv , pool tables , workshops etc etc.
eventually they'll even be able to vote.
should have been the death penalty imo.

In Phillpotts' case, "life" sounds nice, although he could be out in half that and clearly never gave a stuff about his kids, he only wanted them for the benefits money.

Yes but that's not why they killed him - he could have been anyone. He could have been a doctor, war veteran, member of your family... To them he was just some guy who was living in a flat they wanted so they beat him over the head, stuffed his body in a suitcase and buried him in a shallow grave in the woods; it just so happens he was also a paedo.
