Best way to build a lockout/tagout kit?

Tool purchase for this month is looking to be a LOTO kit as I don't have one currently.

Whats the best way to cover bases? Buy a pre made kit (budget ~£40) or build piece by piece?

I'm open to suggestions & sources.

screwfix do a cheap kit (£30ish i think)
I find it is always better to buy a starter kit then add and grow as the need arises.

I bought loads of bits from a local trade supply clearance shop so built up what I needed.
Most kits I see have lots of bits you'd not use often so bespoke is always more useful.

I think yes, starting with the starter kit is the best way as it saves you from the expensive damage.
