BT incoming cable broken any ideas on how to reconnect to master terminal

Ive managed to fluff up my bt incoming cable and from what i can find out there are two wires, one orange and one white that should go to terminals 2 and 5 on the master socket - anyone any ideas please?

just stick em in . 1 in 2 and 1 in 5, either way round, they're not transgender snowflakes. master sockets usually have A and B for incoming cable.
