My first one, personally I think there is probably more goes into a CU change than installing two two circuits, probably after asking questions on cable selection and installation etc
 
so just to up date you all spoke with BC or the third party involved and they said if i can get a registered electrician to carry out a PIR the can accept my cert and sign off the build. have spoken to one of my ex colleagues and he is going to come out and have a look for me!
