Changed socket but still no power

My Fridge Freezer power was lost so I first changed the fuse, then I tried plugging it into another circuit which worked.
I bought a new electrical socket, but still no power from that socket?
Any ideas?
There's been no tripping of RCD or any other electrical issues.

Could be that the socket is run off a fused spur, need more information/photos to be honest as it seems the fridge is fine any switches above the work top marked "fridge" by any chance?

Are there other sockets or FCUs on the same circuit (the same MCB or fuse) at your consumer unit, as the circuit with the socket that doesn't work? If so, are the other/s still working?

guess a grid switch arrangement and someone has turned a switch off.

Sometimes there may be a switch controlling the socket hidden in a unit in the kitchen next to the fridge.

Thank you for your replies - the socket is on a different circuit to the one tested. The Fridge socket is on the same circuit at the boiler tap...which seems strange. Just need to look behind kitchen cabinets to see where it goes.

Are you sure that their are no other rcd,s hidden away in awkward positions, behind cupboards or shelfs / box's ?

Neighbour had a small CSU in the kitchen above the units with top pinto in the way which would trip every often as it fed the out door lights and pond pump which when the filter got blocked tripped the unit, he was 70 and worried about climbing up a ladder to reset it.

Thank you for your replies - the boiler tap (instant hot water unit) was fine. traced the cable back from there and found a fused spur. All sorted now - appreciate the help.
