They do not flicker when it’s at max or min setting, but almost everything in between, it does.

New recessed lights. 4-pack from Home Depot.

Potential problems:

Some 12-2 old wiring, reused. (Best parts taken)
New 14-2 wiring used to connect the lights themselves to the box. 12-2 used to connect box to source.

Some circuit breakers throughout the house are double tapped at the main breaker. There have been flickering lights before. Not sure if this line is a 15 or 20 amp. Each light is LED at is less than
 
Sounds like the dimmer is not entirely compatible with the light fittings.
Is the dimmer a 'trailing edge' type, and known to be suitable for this brand of LED/lamp?
I’m not sure. They’re both from Home Depot.

Levotron is the brand of dimmer, and the recessed lighting is Commercial Electric.

Removing the lights now is difficult because they’re all push connectors. But I also ----ed out the box of the dimmer 🤦🏻‍♂️
