I like those Bill Radette switches, super lightweight, got a few different types here somewhere.

That's a massive improvement, and a Fusebox CU too, my No.1 choice now. Shame the flexi conduit and SWA cross over each other into the bottom of the rotary isolator though, just saying. :)
Wasn't enough length on the cables to go round

But the old metal floodlight bracket will - anyway the whole lot is mounted on a big piece of ply, how far do we go ? :-)

But the other way round would have given you more ?? :)
Cables can't pass around the right side of isolator and was pushing it getting them in as it was.

but where are the cables going to collapse to. not like they are horizontal and liable to drop.

Will a belt sander do or a file better to achieve a smooth surface ...?

I will be sure to make sure the apprentice is standing below to catch the dust in a pan
