The isolator is very compact, it said 4x6mm on the sheath and the gland is 20mm.
Then found this very early use of metal fixings for T&E and this gubbins above the bathroom light.View attachment 53809
stevie wonder could as well.My god I can tile better than that!![]()
kevin kitchen and to$$er tiler strike again. called out to several sockets not working.kitchen sockets hanging off wall, tiling cut that badly they'd either sink in or not go in at all. found a N out of terminal , so was about to reconnect when customer tells me about kevin drilling and screwing through a cable above the same socket. he left the screw in with sellotape over the head, told customer, "that's safe now.".
so... cupboard off wall.digs out to damaged section, lickily in capping and some slack above ceiling, so a in-line joint of the 3 conductors could be made and heatshrinked.joint is behind cupboard, so no redec needed. then onto the 2 sockets, cooker switch and FCU.
first one , tile is 1" intrudung into socket so had to be stitch drilled and the excess removed. next one had nothing to sit on, so some crafty spacing with some broken tile pieces bonded in with yooza boxes temoprarily fitted to hold adhesive. same with cooker switch and FCU. then oven not working. this was a previous DIY job... cooker outlet swapped for a double socket. hob plugged in one side, cheap and nasty extension lead for oven ( which had been relocated ). replaced extension lead with some quality 1.5mm cable and socket. problem was cooker switch not making a decent connection due to dust from tiling. flicked off and on a few times and seems OK now, but advised customer might need replacing. back tomoorow when adhesive has cure to finalise fixing. time spent on site 5 hours.
Looks like it MateOh no!.....no no no no no....?
Ha ha got engineer written all over him that fella.....maybe just skip electrical engineering though......That's unreal. Loving the toggle clamp holding the conduit. Very creative.
That's awful, should have at least used sockets with black inserts to match the window ledges, unusually neat cream plumbing though
It took me a minute to see that, it's epic.
Same here ? but when you see OMFG ?It took me a minute to see that, it's epic.
Nope. Straight off an RFC.Is it spurred off a lighting circuit?
No evidence of an external structure, there's an open bar in the garden but that just has an Amdt 3 board in it full of water and rust...For outside catering? Maybe there had been a shelter above it at one time
