health and safety documents and complaints sheets

hiy guys wondering if anyone can help im a due inspection from elecsa and have been told i need a health and safety document and also a complaints sheet for my company how do i go about doing this?

You do not need a h & s policy if you have under 5 employees.

You will get a model complaints sheet with your welcome pack.

You can download these H & S Policy and complaints etc as well as other usefull downloads off the NICEIC website and goto contractors section there all there to download free.

that also give you a risk assessment check list that thay like you to do every now and again
