They're expensive cause all these youngsters nowadays want the WeeFii stuff so they can turn the heating up when they're on the beach and save money.
What they haven't figured out is how much it's going to cost to keep replacing the electronic junk that's been fitted when it fails or hasn't got the latest Widgets in it.

If it's old enough to have one of those fitted it's probably Gravity hot water (it'll have the peg twisted on the back so it's Heat and Water or Water only (not Heat only)
3 will be power to the boiler, 4 to the heating pump. Down the T&E with L internally linked to the switches from the supply in.

There's loads of plain 2 channel electronic programmers, but if you want a mechanical one Siemens do this one; (does Gravity Water) Vat not included on that price.

cheers for that. also found a digital version the RWB29Si that suppliers list as being a direct replacement, even fits on existing backplate. £50 + post.

update. fitted RWB29Si onto existing backplate. took all of 10 minute to fit . was actually pre-programmed for sensible on/off times. left customer to alter if required.
