Large scale off grid systems

Anyone dealt with large scale off-grid systems? DNO have rejected a 10MW connection.

off grid, or stand alone?

I assume standalone unless you really mean you're wanting to run 10MW worth of batteries / other storage medium and have on site demand sufficient to use that level of power... in which case, fair play, I'd love to see that in operation.
