decent rams cost money,may be worth while getting a company to write you some up for your specific work..internet rams may let you down if something were to happen.

what are you after in your RAMS?

It's not rocket science, try and grab some examples from similar jobs etc and then make your own.

Some clients will have a format they prefer you to adopt and some don't

although not rocket science it is a legal document and should be encompassing enough to keep your harris out of court i deal with quite a few even week and to be honest the judge would have a files day with half of them!
