New boy

[Bulb changer]

Evening all. Been lurking on here for a few months and thought I would introduce myself. Have signed up today to start an NVQ 3 at a training provider/college. Have been working helping an electrical engineer build control panels and the odd job here and there with him and fancied getting qualified. Hopefully pick up some info on here and pass some on. (one day!) Would be good to get into the learners section of the forum if possible too. Im 32 so a late starter. Previous work - Milking machine fitter and last 12 years working in a manufacturing factory. This job has now turned into me constantly churning out permits to work and isolating plant. Horrifically tedious and just want to get back on the tools one day with the right qualifications.
