Well, you could do some research from many resources, internet is one. You can also ask or consult an expert on this matter to help you out to totally go offshore or if you are really qualified to go offshore as an electrician.
 
Completed nvq and have 10 years of experience

Look in to Compex, you aren't leaving the mainland until you have it mate. And apart from that I'd do some heavy research and try to find guys who are currently working there to help you break in. Everything's about knowing the right people.
 
Getting work offshore is very hard word of advice get about 6 months work onshore work first before u dive into the deep end..
U will need mim compex cert to get offshore but u shoud try and get about 2 more courses under ur belt

They will set u bak around 900 pounds to do the courses and then u will get a very small chance of going offshore were u can earn as a spark 75k a year
