A large house needs to be converted into three flats, does EDF need to come install new supplies for each flat. If that is the case how long does the procedure take and any idea of cost?
Or is there some other way of doing it?

I expect whoever is the owner who is paying, may want 3 seperate supplies to each flat for billing.

As for costs etc, a phone call to EDF is your only option.

Meter needed for each flat, get the meters put next to the Incoming, otherwise SWA or PYRO needs to be run between the supply and the meter, after the meter, you can run 16mm T&E,out of a 60/80A SFCU,sometimes they allow all three flats on single phase supply,(Diversity),but often incoming supply is only 6mm,yet they insist you run 16/25mm tails, plus 16/25 Subs to each Gaf,used to work for them, when they were under a previous guise and English owned...Anything ive left out...let me know...its been... .Emotional!!!
