Got asked to install an extra socket in a kitchen this week, and while I was there the customer asked me to look at another existing socket which hadn't worked since she moved in over a year ago. She had been in touch with the previous owner's "handyman/electrician" who had been to have a quick look and told her that it was probably loose wires and that he'd return to sort it out. He never came back.....

Where do I buy them? Mt customers would luv me to bits not to have me put those ugly wirers around! Did have a customer some years ago ask if she really needed the wires, made me laugh.:33:
