I'd either sleeve over or re-terminate the incorrect coloured cores on the incomming SWA.
I would then re-size, crimp earth lugs onto the fly leads and use brass nuts and bolts instead of those gutter bolts.
Finally I'd re-size the conductor to the RCBO.
