Does anyone know how to go about complaining to city and guilds? Anyone had terrible service from them like myself??

That’s 7-10 days to send them to my training provider, who said they would phone me so I could go pick them upI have always recieved my City and Guilds certificates from the training center or college I have attended, dont ever recall them sending me my certs directly to myself.
Just had to wait over 3 months for a certificate from CITB, which should have taken 6 weeks.
I was going to say - it will only come if your test centre are paid up and have confirmed their end. Call them every day. Tell them you need it for a job. Mine have all taken a couple of weeks to arrive.Supposedly the testing centre I did it with have access to the e-certs but they’re telling me they don’t! I smell a wind up and to be fair it’s working!
Been calling them daily mate but it’s doing nothing but pi****g both parties off! Seem to be getting nowhere fast while banishing my head against a brick wallI was going to say - it will only come if your test centre are paid up and have confirmed their end. Call them every day. Because they told him 7 to 10 days and he needs the certificate for work. Why are you on such a rush to receive it? I got my 2391 results within about 4-6 weeks of the exam and waited quite a but longer for the certificate.
This! And more specifically for the reasons I explained earlier in the postBecause they told him 7 to 10 days and he needs the certificate for work.
Everybody loves pop music.......yes he could by carrier pigeon it could take 6 weeks .via Paris .London new York .
I have just sat the 18th edition exam and was told the certificate will arrive at my address in no more than 3 weeks.
Unless it was all a beautiful dream!?You sure you passed

A,A,D,C,D...........Can you send me the answers
A,A,D,C,D...........
I’ve heard rumours it’s random questions regarding the order but my exam followed other editions in that the questions where in order of the parts of the book.
50 minutes I was done.
do they mean weeks
No they definitely meant days. I made a point of getting the date for this very reasonI've been almost onto my next year of college waiting for certificates to come. I can't believe they've quoted 7-10 days, do they mean weeks?
****, I always thought he answer was C
I know mate that’s what I’m being told, but my training provider are not playing ball either. Hence why it’s so frustrating. Both sides are not being cooperative in the slightest.Anyone with access to the C&G system can print you off a copy of your result, just not the certificate.
I take it you have had your confirmation of your pass? Surely that will suffice as provisional proof until you get your certificate?I know mate that’s what I’m being told, but my training provider are not playing ball either. Well as I said, will they not accept that as provisional confirmation?Yes I’ve had my confirmation of a pass. If that were the case I wouldn’t be on here complaining
No mate. As I said if that were the case I wouldn’t be on here complainingWell as I said, will they not accept that as provisional confirmation?
Thats awful, maybe its a blessing in disguise if they cant see you have passed it but just waiting for a certificate which tells them exactly the same thing. No mate. As I said if that were the case I wouldn’t be on here complaining
