3 phase meter

Hi All, just registerd and my first post, so be gentle..
Question Regarding a Secondary 3 phase meter i installed on Friday. On Power up noticed that dial was running backwards. i tried changing 2 phases over and still running backwards, tried swapping other 2 phase over and you guessed it BACKWARDS.
Anybody any theories/answers???

Hello and welcome !
What phases did you change over ? when installing 3 ph meters dont swop leading or trailing pairs instead if phase rotation is wrong swop in pairs 3+4 with 5+6 so 3 will be where 5 was and 4 will be where 6 was etc that should work or might be a duff meter check with phase rotator.

Hi Kang , i swapped phases at Supply side of incoming cable, L2 with L3 first ,then L1 and L3.

No start again buddy L1 pairs to L1 etc then if phase rotation is reversed only swop L2 pair with L3 pair Leading pair and N's stay the same !

Check the phase rotation at the origin.

Buy a phase rotation meter.
