Any chance of moving the top advertising banner toggle?

Is it just me that keeps opening the top advertising banner whenever I go to use the site nav on the top left (on mobile)?

Any chance the toggle location for the banner can be moved (or the banner removed entirely)?
Hopefully you'll get what I mean by the screenshots
