Cable Routing Accessories

We're currently looking into cable routing accessories, and would love to actually hear what the people who use them think!

What is your favourite accessory?
What is your least favourite accessory?
An accessory you wished you had?
Something you've been looking at but not bought for whatever reason?
An accessory you have a love/hate relationship with?
what technology you think would be best to merge into cable routing accessories?

My favourite item is bendy trunking lid
My accassory I would like is rat so that I can tie me cable to its tail. Come on body
Cheese is waiting.

I have tried various sets of bendy rods and by n large they all do the exact same job , I have a cable rat which again does the same job as the rods. any old length of capping or t2 trunking lid does the same job...

the only thing i don't have but I might get at some stage in the future is one of those little cameras you can poke up a small hole
