There was no door on the panel to close but yeah, client was interested in any kind of remedial work so I walked away.

It mentions a backup generator that was removed many years ago. Most of the management didn't even know the property had a generator. Looking at the size of the cable and purpose built engine room it must have been a monster.

Good job they are there, the heat wafting out of the upper holes is alarming. The contactors are rated 10A and are being used at 12-19A per pole, including the lower rated auxiliary contact... Nightmare.
