Electricity prepayment meter scam

it`s bad enough paying for the electric once never mind half on top. the scams never fail to amaze me,
 
when i worked for Npower or Yorkshire electricity (as it was known then) back in 2001 as a Advisor the latest scam was to sell tokens that were nicked from a lorry to insert in to the meter!! one woman bought £500 worth and received £5k of tokens!! she than dished them out to her friends thinking she would make loads of money! well some body had to pay the 5k for electricity used and i don't think her friends spoke to her after that!!......!!
