Extractor fan through a timber frame wall.

Hi any one got some advice on putting a cooker extractor hood discharge through timber frame house wall. Reason I ask is that I use to work (labourer) on timber frame houses a long time ago and think there could be some sort o guide lines related to going through the timber wall and membrane ?

is the outside wall brick?

Consult the architect

Outside wall is block. Architect may be difficult as house is a few years old now.

Use a rigid pipe, the risks are so minimal.
Or, if you can actually see through the cavity, use the flexi hose, and seal it with silicone.
Try to have a small slope downwards from inside to outside.
