Fire alarm repeater panel

HI all, im using newey/eyre fire alarm kit and panel on a new job, its a conventional system with all end of line resistors.

can i put a reprater panel on this system, and if yes how??

i thought a repeater panel could only go on a loop/addressable system.

Hi mate.

Yes you can have a repeater panel on a convetional fire alarm system.

Just run a 4core firetuff from the main panel to wherever the repeater is going, 2 cores for fault repitition and 2 for fire.

thanks mate, although n/eyre dont list a repeater panel in their book, so im a little stuck
