Good tablet for EICR's and other testing software use.

Good afternoon gents, looking for some advice on which tablet to buy for EICR's etc.

Should I stick to android ie Galaxy tab or are there any other recommendations ?

Maybe a laptop is also a cheaper option

I have an ipad and use icertify which is quite cheap to licence

microsoft surface pro tethered to my phone... Perfect

I use a laptop and tether it to my van wifi (yes my van has wifi)

I also find I'm far more efficient with clipboard and lined paper. I prefer typing up over a beer in front of the fire at home! Half the C2's turn into C3's too once I'm at home (just kidding)
I also dislike carting expensive fragile kit around and having to worry about it being charged. There's enough things to keep on top of charging already!

Tab A7 and EasyCert, spend time setting up templates etc and the export to a PC becomes nothing more than a sanity check
