I've planned a 20A circuit serving a tiny half-bath in a workshop. The circuit will contain a few LED ceiling lights, a receptacle (not for tools) and a 350 or 400W 120V baseboard heater. So it would not be convenient to shut off the heater via the main panel. When I'm not working during the winter I expect to occasionally winterize the bathroom (regarding water) and would want to shut off only the heater. I understand that a single pole therm with the 120v heater cannot actually shut off the heater. I'm trying to understand 1) if I can use a double pole wall mount thermostat (it's rated for 120 and 240). I found very little info and what I did find is confusing me... and 2) if not, could I install a single pole wall switch that feeds the heater with an on-board single pole therm... or 3) something I'm missing?

I should withdraw my questions. I've learned that the proper course of action is to use a single pole thermostat since I'm using a 120V baseboard heater. Sorry for the false start!
