ILLUSION FIRES - advice needed

I have a wood burner (with a glass front) and would like to install an electric illusion 'fire' in the interiar - can anyone suggest where I could but such an item. Andrew

just paint flames on the glass. illusion fire? that's like " i've got a pint of good ale, how to make it look like ale when the glass is empty?"

Not sure how you would fit anything inside a wood burner tbh...gets a bit hot in there

Is it on of those with a electric fan heater with fake logs and fake flames?

I had a call the other day to fix one of these - opened it up and because it got so hot (left on for several hours) the circuit board had started melting - £300 for a new board - cheaper to buy a new one!

carry on drinmking ale, until you think the glass is full when it is empty. at about the same time, stop drinking, and sit patiently near the toilet and wait for the inevitable exit of bodilly fluids. This could be from any of three holes. Caution should be exercised.
