Hello guys,

I 've been asked to provide power in a utility room with a shower, for a tumble drier, washing machine and boiler. I was thinking that fused spurs will suffice, they would be outside zone 2 but not 3 m away horizontally.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

Tom

I'd say let common sense prevail. You're not putting sockets near the shower. Are the appliances liable to get splashed?

No they are about 2m away, on the opposite wall, but I was under the impression that appliances could only be permanently connected, hence the fused spur idea.
