Hello, I have probably a very stupid question but this is my first time installing plinth lighting, with this kit of 10 lights can I just use 6 of the lights and not attach the other four? It looks like they are daisy chained, is there an end light that you fit if that makes sense and that you can put in any position?

Ta Andy

Depends on the kit but all the kits I've seen are constant voltage drivers, so they are wired in parallel back to the transformer via a plug in adapter, in which case you can plug in only as many as you need (though the driver may have a minimum load, but that's likely to be less than 6).

Constant current drivers do need different wiring which could be described as daisy chain (details here), but again you can fit fewer lights, as long as you stay within the driver range).

So the answer is depends on the driver, but probably...
