You have connected live and neutral across the switch creating a dead short assuming that doesn't link to another light. The two reds need to be kept totally separate with one of the blacks being a live switch return. No way of knowing from afar which black is this switch live return, the bare earths also need sleeving. Simple job for an electrician.
Not sure why the blue is an earth.
I assume that isn't the original connector block because it looks like it should be fixed to the back plate. What on earth did you make those holes in the plate with.

Yeah, as per Westward there's several issues with the installation that need fixing other than it being wired wrong. I'm also interested where the blue earth wire with the hi temp sleeve started out life... and who stole part of the connector block. The only way to sort it out is by testing to identify which wires are which. You're gonna need to get a sparky in for 15 mins to help you out with it.
