Outside Led flood light has started to have a strobe effect when switched on

Hi
I have an led flood light just above the door on my shed. I went out to the shed tonight and as I switched on the LED flood light I noticed that it was acting out a strobe light effect. I switched it off then on again and it was strobing again...

Anyone ever experienced this before and if so could u kindly explain on how to fix this problem

Yes its pretty common when the chips fail. Needs replacing im afraid.

As above, needs replacing.

It's worth isolating the power and checking the terminal screws to see if they're tight, I've seen them become strobes due to poor connections, when the switch-on surge induces voltage drop.

Most likely it needs replacing though.

Yea most likely or the LED chip needs replacing but then that's having to solder wires so probably best replacing it
