Pv fit changes

Can some one confirm what the FIT rates will be for new installations installed after the 31st October. or has it been delayed and will remain at 16p for a 4Kwp system.

Its actually 15.44 p/kWh, DECC have decided to have it to two decimel places now hence the 13.99 p/kWh rate for 4-10 kW
