Further to the previous thread, and becoming frustrated at getting decent quality test forms (even from printing off the dti guides examples), I decided to have have a go at making some myself.

This way I have been able to keep the font the same as the rest of my paperwork and it gives me the option of putting company, MCS and REAL logos along the top.

Feel free to use them if you think they will be of benefit.

Under wiring you have put phase, it should be reffered to as Line. only a little thing but Phase is technically wrong even though everyone will no what you mean. But this will be an official form and so should use official terms. I would also change wiring to cables and conductors.

Also on the string tests put the units in i.e Voc = volts, Isc = Amps and Sun should be Irradiance(insolation) = W/m^2

i am thinking of getting involved in PV sloar panels electrical. Can anyone recommend what steps i should take to become qualified and wheres best to do this in UK. Thanks in advance
