Hi Guys

Ive got a bench on wheels that i use for a laptop printer amp and a few other bits. Now currenctly i have a 4 way lead screwed to the back of the bench. Which then plugs into a socket. Now this does the job but its annoying having power cables going over the desk to the 4 way. So what i want to do it install single socket outlets behind each piece of equipement. And just use a shortl lead to the socket which would be perfect. But im after some advice which is the best way to wire it. Should i just wire them in a radial one socket to another to another then a flex with a plug top on the end to the socket outlet ? Max run would only be about 2 meters. Thinking of using 2.5 3 core flex. Or would it be better with a JB?

electrika do some prewired bench trunking units or you can as you say wire it up as a radial. What is the bench made of ? as if metal ie extraneous conductive part you will need to earth bond it.
