What do people make of the attached pic, it is feeding 2 off 500W flood lamps on a post plugged into a house next door to the cricket club.. Would anyone in the Bristolish area want to have a word with them?

Steve A did a sterling installation. I'm hoping there's no rain forecasted for the Bristol area in the foreseeable future.
