What is this switch

I have a dimmer switch to my porch light that got some extra features that I have no idea how to use. Would greatly appreciate it if someone can tell me. Thanks!

Is this the UK, doesn't look like a size that would be used here?

To me;
Large button; would suggest Long time ON
Small button; Short time ON

Dip switches 1 to 4, if that's what they are, would be increasing amount of time.

Undo the screws and look on the "back" for a manufacturers name, then google it?

I don't recognise it!

Hazarding a guess,large switch is power to feed then small switch is either perm on or timed,dip switches control length of time on.

That looks to me like a remote control/wireless switch to control a ceiling light or fan with speed control and/or dimmer function, I have a hand held unit like it for a fan and the 4 slide switches set the frequency code to match the one in the unit being operated.

After right clicking the image and searching google for similar images it seems to be some kind of grandfather clock, hope this helps
