Just started new job for a housing association. I noticed in a property the other day that there is a 230v fan + switched fusespur in zone 1. If a tenant leaves we have to do a NIC test for change of ocupancy.There are about 200 of these houses all the same. My experiance is in new build so i have not come across this problem before. Whats the call ???

Yep. They are probably 80 years old.
