Just seeing what going rate is.... for a bank holiday sunday ?

On a normal week day I charge £30-£35 first hour £20-£25 after that.

Was thinking £55 first hour and £30 hour after that ?

Really depends on how many other people in your area are willing to come out on a bank holiday and how much they would charge. If you are happy with it go for it.

Ended up charging £80 for 1.5hours, bit of beer money for bank hols. And have got a load more work from it, CU upgrade and loads of remedials/ poss rewire...

i was called out to a shop at 1am last week, shop owner reported half lights were not working,i suspected 1 phase down,when i got to the shop i saw workmen in the street who confirmed 1 phase down and be back on line in 5 mins. i quoted £150 for the 1st hour as it was middle of night. so shop keeper paid up no worries and gave me periodoc report requests for his 5 shops, and judging by the state of the electrics in that shop ill be quids in by d time im done. glad i got out of the bed 4 that job
