Coaxial Cable Recomendation

Will be putting in a new aerial and outlet point in the lounge and didn't like the look of the cables in screwfix. Was just wondering if any one had cable they would recommend ?

Aerial would be better on the roof!

Thanks I will only be putting the outlet in the lounge.
Any idea of what size that cable is ?\It was the rather weedy look of the cable at Screwfix that put me off.

i generally use RG59, CCTV coax, as i carry it on the van anyway.
