current carrying capacity

Can anyone tell me the current carrying capacity of a 400 mm copper, insulated flex with non armored sheath , manufacturer has supplied a table(4f1a) but says two single core cable , rating them at 644A. the cable number from the manufacturer is 1227798371.
Just so you know it will be a group of four cables in a 6x6 metal trunking feeding a 3 phase 630A fused isolator.
