K2 Technical Docs / Support?

Hi All,

Anyone have any technical literature from K2 or know their contact details?
Our supplier doesn't appear to have any technical literature from them.

Technical literature from K2 is difficult to get hold of (for reasons that escape my inferior brain and its confused idea of logic) and you can't even get them from their website. Who is your supplier?

Just spoke to a nice German, whose name I don't know how to spell, but sounded like "Lous" ... hope I am not about to insult him!

Apparantly, direct customers of K2 have a tool that does it all for them, but its not available to the supply chain or installer yet. A version will be released in the New Year hopefully.

Your supplier should be supplying you with all the technical literature you require.

Tried that ... few conversations and emails later I have the snow and wind loadings ... to which I said, thanks, but I already have that, I need to know for certain how many hooks I need and what the design criteria is.

Like where Schuco give you the tables to look it up ... they then referred to me Germany
